Connect DevRoam with Zapier and Make

With DevRoam's webhooks and API (Professional and Advanced plans), you can connect Roa with more than 6,000 apps without writing code.

1. When Roa books, do something in another app (trigger)

Zapier

  1. Create a Zap and choose the trigger Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook. Copy the URL it gives you (it starts with https://hooks.zapier.com/).
  2. In the DevRoam app go to Settings → Webhooks, paste the URL, tick the events (for example, Appointment created) and press Add webhook.
  3. Press Send test. In Zapier press Test trigger: you'll see the fields (data.customer_name, data.start_local, data.service…).
  4. Add the action: create a contact in your CRM, a row in Google Sheets, a message in Slack…

Make

  1. Create a scenario with the Webhooks → Custom webhook module and copy its address.
  2. Add it under Settings → Webhooks in DevRoam and press Send test so Make detects the structure.
  3. Chain whatever modules you like.

Available events: booking.created, booking.changed, booking.cancelled, call.completed, message.received. They are all signed with DevRoam-Signature; if you want to verify the signature, use a code step with your secret (Settings → Webhooks → Show secret).

2. Create or look up appointments from another app (action)

  1. Under Settings → API, create a key and copy it.
  2. In Zapier use Webhooks by Zapier → Custom Request (in Make, HTTP → Make a request) with the header Authorization: Bearer dr_live_….
  3. Examples:
    • Free slots: GET https://app.devroam.com/api/v1/availability?date=2026-11-03
    • Create an appointment: POST https://app.devroam.com/api/v1/appointments with the JSON body {"customer_name":"Ana López","customer_phone":"612345678","service":"Haircut","start_local":"2026-11-03 17:30"}
    • Cancel: DELETE https://app.devroam.com/api/v1/appointments/123

All endpoints are in the API documentation. Limit: 120 requests per minute per key.
